Programme, Vol. XI

Stand with the custodians.

A platform for partners and sponsors who want to back living heritage with budget, expertise and visibility, on terms the originating communities have helped to write.

Echoes of HeritageBespoke Custodians
Overview

What does sponsorship look like when the community has the right to set the brief and read every press release?

Our partner programme is small by design. We work with a handful of brands, foundations and family offices each year, on multi-season engagements that pair budget with creative authority. Every partnership is co-authored with the originating community, and every announcement is reviewed before it goes out.

In return, partners receive the visibility that genuine cultural work attracts, the CSR impact that audits can verify, and the long relationships that come from sponsoring people rather than logos. We do not sell title sponsorship on individual events; we sell a seat at the table for a season or longer.

The Process

How a programme moves, step by quiet step.

01
Step 01

First conversation

We open with a quiet meeting: your goals, your governance, your audience and the cultural territories you care about. No mandate is signed in the first month.

02
Step 02

Community alignment

We carry the proposal to the custodian councils we work with. Nothing moves forward until they have seen the brief in their own language and agreed the terms.

03
Step 03

Engagement design

We co-design the engagement across a season or a full year. Touchpoints may include events, education, research, journal, sales, and screenings, chosen to your audience.

04
Step 04

Activation and reporting

Activations are produced to editorial standard, with custodian co-credit. Quarterly reports include audience data, royalty disbursement and qualitative custodian feedback.

05
Step 05

Renewal

We renew with partners who have honoured the terms. Where the fit is no longer right we say so early and part on good terms.

What You Take Home

Deliverables, made to outlast the season.

01

Brand visibility

02

03

Networking and VIP access

Patron evenings, private gallery viewings and small dinners with custodians, scholars and fellow partners through the season.

04

Co-creative storytelling

A short documentary, photo essay or commissioned report on the partnership, produced to broadcast standard and licensed for your channels.

05

Lasting legacy

A named bursary, archive or community fund established in your house's name, with the originating community as co-trustees.

06
